Agencies 1

The most important agency to call first is either the RNIB or the RNID, depending whether you have a visual or hearing impairment.

RNIB - 0845 766 9999

Even if you are not registered as partially sighted, the RNIB can provide support and advice. They are also experts on the Disability Discrimination Act 1995 (DDA 95) and your rights under that act.

RNID - 0808 808 0123

Similar support for hearing impaired nurses as the RNIB provides.
