Almsot as important as lighting is glare.

Reflected light onto TV screens or PCs can make seeing them much more difficult.

Positioning of screens in relation to windoes, keeping curtains drawn when working, trying to use a light in different positions until you find what works best for you.

Glare - from glassess or magnifying devices can also be troublesome. Again trying positional changes mnay help. Sometimes you just have to live with the problem!
