Kablama

For this yummy dish, you’ll need the following ingredients: 1 Kilo of courgettes ˝ Kilo of mince meat (Lamb preferably but any other mince meat will taste just as good) 2 Large chopped onions 2 Tablespoons of tomato puree ˝ Cup of pine kernels Salt & Pepper to taste Cooking margarine or ghee

Directions: 1) Remove the inside of the courgettes and put the cleaned and washed courgettes in water. ) To take out the insides of the courgettes, you will need a special tool that you might be able to get from a good kitchen/cook shop). 2) Fry the mince meat, onions and pine kernels in margarine or ghee 3) Stuff the mixture into the courgettes and fry these until browned. Arrange in a deep dish 4) Mix the tomato puree with enough water to cover the courgettes. Add more puree if the consistency is too thin 5) Add salt and pepper and cook until the courgettes are done. You can cook this either on the hob or in the oven if you prefer. 6) Serve with seasoned rice
