Dawood Basha

This dish will taste delicious with either lamb or beef. It's usually served with rice.

Ingredients: 1 Kilo of mince meat (either lamb or beef), 8 chopped onions, 2 Kilos of tomatoes, 1/2 cup of fried pine kernels, 2 teaspoons of flour, 1 cup of ghee or cooking margarine, salt and pepper to taste.

Directions: 1) Mix the mince meat, the seasoning and the chopped onions well. 2) Add the flour and mix well. 3) Roll the mixture into small balls and fry them with the ghee or margarine. 4) Add the pine kernels. 5) Add the tomatoes and cook altogether until the meat's well cooked. 6) Serve with seasoned rice.
