Chicken with Onion

Ingredients: 1) Fresh/Frozen chicken or chicken portions. 2) 8 Small onions 3) 1 Tablespoon of flour 4. 1/2 cup of fresh lemon juice 5) Ghee or margarine 6) Salt, pepper and nutmeg

Direction: 1) First of all clean and wash the chicken and rub it with the flour then wash it again. 2) Fry the chicken with the ghee or margarine until browned.3)Fry the onions,which are peeled and cut in halves or quarters, in ghee or margarine until browned. 4) Fry the tablespoon of flour in the ghee or margarine and then add 4 cups of water. 5) Add some salt and pepper to it. 6) Boil the water then add it to the chicken and cook until the chicken is ready and well done. 7) Add the onions and continue cooking for a few more minutes and then add the lemon juice. 8)Keep cooking for a further half an hour. 9) Cut the chicken into portions, if you've used a fresh whole chicken, and serve with seasoned rice.
