Google Wave
Google Wave is a new format designed by Google that it is actually one of Google’s biggest product launch in recent memory.

There has been many aprehensions about the new Google Wave platform system, it will be used for communications and maybe other functions to come, Google Wave is expected to be released later this year(2009)!

This is such a big release. There has been thousands upon thousands of articles being made because of this new function by Google.
- Real-time: In most instances, you can see what someone else is typing, character-by-character. Embeddability: Waves can be placed on any written blog or constructed website. Applications and Extensions: Just like a MSN and other messenger functions, Google Wave could be best desribed as an application or an iGoogle gadget, designers of this can build their own apps within waves. They can be almost anything from robotics to complex real player games. Wiki functionality: Anything written/typed in a Google Wave can be edited by any other user, because all chat - logs in the platform are shared between users. Following on this, you can edit information, mend information, or add your own comments and feelings within a developed chat-log.
Open sources and results: The Google Wave construction code will be an free source of information, to take on innovation and being incharge of developers. Playback functions: You can look through the Google Wave recordings and find anything you have missed. Natural language settings: Google Wave can correct your spellings automatically, even knowing as much as differences between common words, like “night” and “knight.” It can also automatically translate on-the-fly. Drag-and-drop file sharing functionality: This particular function allows you to simply click on a picture of words, and drop it into Google Wave and everyone will have mobility to use this.
