The Green is situated south of Downton, Wiltshire, along side the River Avon. A voluntary body of Trustee’s and Friends of the Green, maintain and look after the Green, wholly relying on donation to keep it up to a standard, for the benefit of dog walkers and the general public to use.
As well as public pathway around the green also across it, there are two large areas for recreation.
