Whats On
We are a friendly dancing school situated in St. Edmund's school, Laverstock. We specialise in Ballroom, Latin American, Salsa and Disco dance, teaching at all levels from beginners to advanced dancers and professionals. We run classes for all ages from age 5 upwards. All our classes are friendly and sociable, with the emphasis on fun.
At present, we run childrens' classes in Laverstock, Wilton and Bemerton Heath. Our adult classes are run from Laverstock, and private lessons are also available for all ages.
We are an established family business of 40 years, with 7 teachers qualified with the Imperial Society of Teachers of Dancing. The school was founded by Daphne Wellington, an examiner with the ISTD, and her husband Keith. Their daughter Zoe is the current principal of the school. Because of the links to the ISTD, it is possible for all pupils to take examinations and gain Bronze, Silver, Gold and higher qualifications.
