All our books are loaned for THREE WEEKS. Some tips...
- Return all items punctually
- Keep a careful check on the number of items on loan to you and your family. Remember, up to 12 items may be borrowed on each library card
- Renew all loans before they are due back by either personal visit to the library, telephone or letter.
In each case quote the last stamped date and your Library Membership number. You may renew items TWICE only by telephone or letter.
You can also use the viewpoint terminals to renew your own loans. You will require your membership card and PIN number which is available from staff at the Counter. If you have access to the Internet you can also renew books remotely, on www.wiltshire.gov.uk.
Please remember that an extension on a loan can only be given if no one is waiting for that book.
If you have HIRED an item it CANNOT be renewed. Additional
hire fees will be payable on these items when they are returned after the due date.
