Iam qualified and insured to practice Reflexology, Indian Head Massage, Body Massage (including luxury Hot Stone Treatments), as well as the natural healing energy therapy of Reiki. I take a Holistic Approach to my therapies and am a member of the professional bodies The Association of Reflexologists (AoR), the Complementary & Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC), and The Federation of Holistic Therapists (FHT).
Complementary therapies can be used alone or alongside medical treatments to help relieve the symptoms of conditions such as hormonal imbalances, tired & aching muscles, PMS, arthritis, sleep disorders, digestive disorders, stress and stress-related conditions. They also have a therapeutic effect on the nervous system, promoting a feeling of well - being and helps the body dispose of toxins.
