These sessions happen weekly over a period of 8 weeks midweek in the summer between 7.30 and 9.30. For more information please see the contact details found at the bottom of this page
What happens in this group?
There is a sit down meal followed by a DVD ir Video. A discussion as a couples then occurs, no group discussion is used
