The Southern Photographic Federation serves Hampshire and the Isle of Wight and neighbouring parts of Sussex, Surrey. Berkshire, Wiltshire, Dorset, The Channel Islands of Guernsey and Jersey camera clubs in the pursuit of the enjoyment of photography. They are a Member of the Photographic Alliance of Great Britain and affiliated to the FIAP (the international federation for photography). There are about 70 member clubs. The SPF organises various competitions between member clubs and take part in the wider national events. The SPF hosts occasional exhibitions both national and international.
