Rotary Club of Amesbury

The Rotary Club of Amesbury was chartered in 1958. The Club is a registered charity. The Club meets on Moday evenings 7 for 7.30 at the Antrobus Arms Hotel.

All members of the Club are volunteers. The motto of Rotary is Service above Self. The Club is one of 1845 clubs in Great Britain and Ireland with over 57,000 members. There are more than 1.2 million members in over 170 countries. In the past year the Club has supported local and national charities such as The Stroke Club, Childrens Chance, Scouts and Youth Clubs, also internationally Eye Camps, Mercy Ships, Tools for Self Reliance and Polio Plus the aim of which is to eradicate Polio from the world, working with WHO and national governments.
