Maiden Bradley with Yarnfield Parish Council Dates of Meetings Annual Parish Meeting: Tuesday 8th May 2012 7.30pm (Meeting of Electoral not a Full Council meeting) Dates of Full Parish Council Meetings 2012-2013 All Parish Council meetings will have an opportunity at the start for parishioners to ask questions or make comments on any matter Tuesday 17th April 2012 7.30pm Tuesday 8th May 2012 8.00pm Annual Parish Council meeting (Following on from the Annual Parish meeting) Tuesday 12th June 2012 7.30pm Tuesday 10th July 2012 7.30pm (to include a walk about the Parish) There will be no meeting during the August Summer break Tuesday 11th September 2012 7.30pm Tuesday 9th October 2012 7.30pm Tuesday 13th November 2012 7.30pm (Budget meeting) Tuesday 11Th December 2012 7.30pm Tuesday 8th January 2013 7.30pm Tuesday 12th February 2013 7.30pm Tuesday 12th March 2013 7.30pm Tuesday 9th April 2013 7.30pm
Separate Planning meetings will take place as and when required: The Clerk will issue a separate summons to Councillors and they will be displayed on the Parish Notice Board and in the Village Shop (Please note that during an Election year the dates of the Annual Parish Council meeting will vary).
