I am an expereinced counsellor and psychotherapist working in Salisbury. I work with adults, children, young people, families and couples. Counselling can offer you a space to reflect upon your life and begin to move towards making positive changes for yourself.
I offer you an initial session free of charge when we can meet and decide what your needs from counselling are. We can then meet weekly for one hour for six sessions and will review your counselling at the sixth session.
