Jung Shin Hapkido is a Korean Martial Art which uses a variety of techniques to teach the practitioner effective modern self defence.
The Syllabus incorporates Pressure point application, joint locking, grappling, trips, throws, projection, hand and foot strikes,weapons use and defence against weapons.
Classes are currently taught at two locations: Mondays in Lockerley near Romsey, And Tuesdays in Alderbury near Salisbury. There are also Instructors Classes on Sundays in Lockerley. Please visit www.jungshinkwan.com for more information.
