· Our systems ensure timely, effective delivery of a report that withstand all the pressures of litigation.
· Our experts, analyses the past, present and future needs of the injured person.

· The process begins when a PI lawyer, a defence lawyer - or both - ask us to prepare a report. Occasionally, we're approached direct, by the injured parties.
· Whenever possible, we visit the claimant at home, familiarising ourselves with every aspect of their disability.
· When necessary, we visit them in hospital - and discuss their situation with family, friends and health professionals.
· If necessary, the resulting report will be defended under cross- examination. As trained Expert Witnesses, our Consultants are accustomed to attending Meetings of Experts, Case Conferences and Court.
· Our reports are delivered within the time and cost quoted.
