NOTICE OF ORDINARY MEETING OF
THE PARISH COUNCIL
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT -
An Ordinary Meeting of the above named
Parish Council will be held at “The
New Remembrance Hall”, CHARLTON on:
WEDNESDAY 5th September 2007 at
7.15 pm
THE MEETING WILL BE OPEN TO THE PUBLIC
UNLESS THE COUNCIL OTHERWISE DIRECT.
FOR THIS MEETING THE CHAIRMAN OF THE
PARISH COUNCIL WILL ALLOW 15 MINUTES AT
THE START OF THE MEETING DESIGNATED TO
RESIDENTS TO PRESENT THEIR VIEWS.

some conspicuous place in the Parish
THREE clear days before the day of the
meeting.
If, the meeting is called by two
members, this notice must be signed by
those two members. In such case the
business proposed to be transacted at
