Dinton Parish Council

Welcome to the Dinton Parish Council website. Follow the links on the left to find out who your local Councillors are and gain access to the minutes of recent meetings.

The Parish Council meet regularly on a monthly basis usually at 7:30pm, except for August, usually on the third Tuesday of each month, See Future Dates below.

The agenda and meeting minutes are put up on the noticeboards by the shop, between the school and Catherine Crescent and opposite spracklands.
The agenda and ratified minutes are also put on this web site. The agenda is put up on the Friday before the Tuesday meeting.

Members of the public and press are invited to attend

There is a 15 minute section at the start of each meeting where villagers can ask questions of the Council.
If a villager has an item they wish to be discussed, please could they contact the Clerk, allowing at least 7 days notice. If you prefer to contact a councillor, please allow at least 10 days notice.

Future Meeting Dates

29th May 2012. This will be the annual parish council meeting.

In addition to these meetings, there may be meetings of the Dinton Parish Council Planning Committee, the agenda for such a meeting will be displayed on the Parish notice boards.
Times and dates of meetings may be changed but the new date will always be displayed on the parish notice boards
