Political Priorities of the Council
The administration has identified six political priorities which, as community themes, form the basis of the Council's Integrated Change Programme.

Integrated Change Programme
The Council recognises that there are a number of organisational issues that need to be managed if it is to meet its vision, ambition and political priorities. These issues together with the Council's political priorities form the eleven Key Themes which are at the heart of the Council's Integrated Change Programme.

Community Themes (political priorities)
  • Improving customer services
  • Improving our housing stock
  • Delivering more affordable housing
