The City Area Committee is comprised of 20 District Councillors. Councillors are the people who take the decisions on items brought to the City Area Committee. They are elected once every four years (Salisbury District Council elects all of its Councillors at one time). The last election was hld on May 1st 2003 (which coincided with ward boundary changes.
