As last year we are looking for teams of 4 players, and entry is £2.50 per person - £10 per team. Sorry but we can only accept 4 in a team.

The format will be the same as last year - with a mix taped rounds, picture rounds and questions from our quizmaster - Milts. To get a feel for the sort of questions you are likely to face we have some of last year's rounds on this site that you might like to have a go at - they are free to download.

It is advisable to book your place in advance by emailing me at the address shown at the bottom of this page or on my home page. Alternatively, you could ring through your team name to me on 01722 434255 (day) or 01722 502509 (eve). I cannot promise that there will be places available on the night - those of you who attended last year will know what a squash it was at the Grovesnor.

Each team should have a name - something humerous is preferred, and please nothing too rude!

Last year, first prize was £100 plus a bottle of Champagne for each of the winners - Dave Quinnel's Warders. We anticipate the same sort of prize this year if we get the same turnout.

There is also a brilliant raffle of fantastic prizes - all of which have been donated by Club members.

Finally, if you have never attended a Brainshaker event before this is something a bit special! Do come along, its a great evening out and all of the funds raised on the evening will go to towards the cost of fitting out the Cricket Club's brand new pavilion.
