Many activities take place in The Village Hall, which is available for hire by bodies such as the Art Society, the Garden Club, Fun-Fit, and the Women's Institute. Coffee Mornings and other fund-raising events are also held in the Hall.
St George's Church is a venue for both regular and seasonal services. Members of the Church Choir meet weekly for their own pleasure and occasionally give a concert. There are also the Church Bell-Ringers who have a young person's team.
The Chapel holds services every Sunday and a Bible Study each Thursday.
The annual village Fête is organised and run by volunteers. The Fête Committee plans a suitable venue early in the year and afterwards disburses the proceeds to local good causes.
The gardeners of Fovant and Sutton Mandeville are encouraged to enter into the Annual Spring and Summer Flower Show. Their endeavours are placed on display for the whole village to view. Judging follows and the winners are announced on the same day. The Fovant Art Society also holds an annual exhibition.
