The Sunshine Healthy Living Project is a partnership of local voluntary organisations, South Wiltshire Primary Care Trust and Salisbury District Council. Sunshine Healthy Living Project is one of 350 Healthy Living Projects across the UK, all of which have received five years of lottery funding from the Big Lottery Fund. Healthy Living Projects are part of the public health strategy to tackle underlying causes of ill health and are based in areas where there is the greatest inequality in the health of the local population.

- Improve basic rural facilities by the provision of new outreach services
- Improve general health and well being
- Reduce social isolation and loneliness
- Improve access to information and advice
