We are a small practice, aiming to provide a high quality of personal service to meet the needs of our patients. We have easy access and toilet facilities for the disabled and convenient free parking.Our practice area covers the whole of Bemerton Heath, Fugglestone Red, Lower Bemerton, Devizes Road and Wilton Road.
To keep you in touch with what is happening in the surgery, we ask you to keep an eye on the notice boards, and to read our quarterly Newsletter, available free from Reception
We are pleased to have an independent Pharmacy next door. The Pharmacist can provide you with all your prescriptions, and can offer advice and over-the-counter remedies for many minor problems.
We try to be friendly, efficient and helpful at all times, but no one is perfect! If you have any criticisms, complaints or suggestions we will be glad to hear them, either in person, or via our suggestions box. Serious complaints should be made via the
Practice Manager.
We have Medical Students from Southampton training with us. We hope you will be happy to allow them to be present, but of course you have the unquestioned right to be seen alone.
The practice is registered under the Data Protection Act 1998, and complies with the Freedom of Information Act. All patient information is confidential and is only disclosed to other health care professionals with your express permission, and to outside agencies on receipt of a signed letter of authority.
