Appointments
We run a Nurse Triage system for appointments. Please telephone between 8.15am and 9.30am - the receptionist will take your 'phone number and the practice nurse will 'phone you back and either give you advice or an appointment with a doctor or nurse. Normal appointments are for 10 minutes, but if you need longer please ask when making the appointment. [i] Please let us know if you cannot keep an appointment so that it is not wasted.
Which Doctor?
You are free to see whichever doctor you choose, In general we ask you to keep to one doctor for a particular episode of illness. If an appointment with a particular doctor is requested, this will usually be within 5 working days.
Home Visits
Please try to ring before 10.30am to help the doctors plan their visits. Except for emergencies, most visits are made between l2 noon and 2.00pm

Advice
The best time to speak to the doctors is between 12.00 - 12.30pm. Please `phone for results tests, x-rays etc. after 2.30pm when the `phone is less busy.
Repeat Prescriptions
Please bring the printed request slip to the surgery giving us 3 working days notice. The prescription will be left at the pharmacy next door unless you ask otherwise. For safety reasons we cannot accept telephone requests.
